To the two Ayn Randian counter-protesters who spent the day in the crowd holding ironic signs, here’s hoping that you live up to your promise and actually digest all of what you saw and heard today.

The only people wasting taxpayer money are the police. They don’t have to monitor peaceful protests 24/7, the could resume their normal schedules. If the protesters do something illegal, show up and arrest them. Otherwise all the expenditures incurred here are the fault of the police.

Sending love and encouragement to you, Dave…the only way to get yourself there is to just go. You WILL find a place to park. You WILL meet nice people to talk to. You WILL have a wonderful experience at Occupy MN. Welcome, brother.

If no one knows, the County Commissioners told us we couldn’t sleep under federal building tunnels anymore, so they gave us this stupid canopy with all sides open and said “here you go”- THEN turned and told us that it’s costing $600 of TAXPAYER MONEY PER DAY to give us that dumb canopy that we didn’t even want! We decided at the GA we’re giving that stupid canopy back and we’ll either erect our own, or do something else.
We don’t want to spend ANY taxpayer dollars, the 99% paying higher taxes is exactly what we’re fighting against! The powers that be are using the public ignorance against us, please don’t let them!

We are fighting most of all for the COPS’ SALARIES! WTF?
Oppressors soon learn they can’t depend on the cops’ (or the military’s) ignorance of that forever. Look at the “Arab Spring” in Cairo, Syria, Libya, etc etc etc
